EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - Downtown El Paso is coming alive to celebrate Day of the Dead!
The El Paso Museum of Art is hosting its Dia de los Muertos Fronterizo event from 2 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
Altars designed by the Mexican consulate, local artists, and students will be on display "in memory of all the victims affected by recent tragedies around the world," the museum wrote in a Facebook post.
At the event, attendees can also decorate ceramic calaveras, learn how to create amate paintings, enjoy live performances of ballet folklorico and local musicians, taste local wines, and much more.
