EL PASO, TEXAS - The El Paso County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man with 10 outstanding warrants on Friday, March 17, 2017.
According to authorities, deputies responded to the 12900 block of Montana Ave. in reference to a subject disturbance. This happened around 4:30 p.m., officers saw 38-year-old Richard Garcia leaving the scene but were not able to make contact with him.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., deputies responded to a second call at the same location and this time were able to take Garcia into custody.
Garcia was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility for; Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Robbery, Kidnapping, Violation of Protective Order, Burglary Habitation with Intent to Commit Another Felony, Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle, Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle and three counts of Aggravated Assault a Public Servant.
No other information is available at this time, the investigation is ongoing.
