Four arrested in East El Paso home

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - Four people were taken into custody by El Paso Police on Friday as they were executing a warrant on two people at an east El Paso home.

Police say they'd secured warrants for Phillip Biagas, 48, and Lexus Lugo, 21 at a home in the 1500 block of Larry Wadkins Dr. around 2:30 p.m. Friday afternoon. Biagas was wanted for two counts of credit card abuse and Lugo was wanted in connection to an August Burglary of Vehicle case.

As officers were taking the two into custody, they found Benjamin Borunda, 23, who was wanted on outstanding warrants for Forgery, Tampering with Government Document and Fraudulent Use/Possession of ID information.

A fourth person, identified as Michael Gomez, 32, was also arrested for Hindering Apprehension according to EPPD. Gomez's bond was set at $5,000.

According to court records, Biagas' bond was set at $20,000, Lugo had a bond of $10,000 and Borunda is being held on a $30,000 bond.
