EPCSO: Two Wanted Sex Offenders Captured

El Paso, Texas (KTSM) - Officials with the El Paso County Sheriff's Department say that they've captured two men who were wanted sex offenders who failed to report to the halfway house in Horizon they were scheduled to report to.

Kenneth Wayne Evans left the halfway house on November 11th, 2016 and was scheduled to go to a doctor's appointment at Emergence Healthcare on Montana but never arrived at his appointment and cut off his ankle monitor a few blocks away in the 1400 block of E. Missouri.

On Wednesday, December 28, El Paso Police located Evans in the 6300 block of Airport, behind the K Mart.

A second offender, identified as Ryan Glen Wright was released from the Childress prison facility on September 20th and failed to report to the Horizon City Halfway house. A warrant was issued for his arrest and earlier this week, on Monday December 26th, police located Wright in Wichita Falls County Jail.
