Man, Woman Suspected in Valentine's Day Subway Robbery

Las Cruces, NM (KTSM) - Las Cruces Police have released still images from surveillance cameras inside a Subway Restaurant located at 555 Utah Ave. that was robbed at knife point early Valentine's Day.

A reward of up to $1,000 has now been offered by Las Cruces Crime Stoppers for information that helps identify the man and woman who walked into the store and demanded money from the store employee.

The robbery happened around 7:30 a.m. when a woman, described as about 5-feet-3-inches tall with a medium build wearing a red or pink hoodie walked in with a man described as 5-feet-5-inches tall with a thin build wearing a dark hoodie with black pants walked into the Subway.

The suspects were last seen leaving from the back door of the store. Their whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Anyone with information that can help identify the suspects is asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or send a tip by text message to CRIMES (274637), keyword LCTIPS.
