Project Chance earns $11,000 Allstate grant

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - Project Chance, a local organization that provides resources to prevent child abuse, received a grant from El Paso Allstate workers last month.

11 local Allstate agency owners, financial specialists, and licensed sales professionals joined together to donate $11,000 to the organization.

The donation was made as part of the insurance company's "Allstate Foundation Helping Hands" national campaign.

“Giving back is core to who we are, which is why we’re proud to volunteer and raise funds to improve the lives of people across Texas,” said Larry Sedillo, Allstate's field senior vice president.

Project Chance says it will use the money to further its work.
